2024 New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival schedule cubes, times, and stages released

The 2024 New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival's schedule cubes were recently released by the festival, highlighting this year's lineup times and stage plans. The lineup schedule is posted at the end of this article.

Enthusiasts of the festival are now able to begin organizing their daily schedules and choosing which performances to attend and which to skip. Usually, the lineup details are released precisely a month before the festival kicks off at the Fair Grounds.

The 2024 Jazz Fest commences on Thursday, April 25, initiating its first four-day weekend. Recently, the festival organizers hosted a press conference at the Fair Grounds grandstand to formally introduce the lineup and disclose additional information regarding the upcoming 2024 event.

The upcoming festival will showcase an impressive lineup including renowned artists such as the Rolling Stones, Foo Fighters, Chris Stapleton, Neil Young & Crazy Horse, the Killers, Anderson.Paak & the Free Nationals, Queen Latifah, Hozier, Earth, Wind & Fire, Vampire Weekend, Fantasia, Greta Van Fleet, Bonnie Raitt, Heart, and Widespread Panic, among numerous others.

In addition to these big names, the festival will also feature local talents like Jon Batiste, the Revivalists, and Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue, who have gained national recognition. These artists represent just a fraction of the many New Orleans and Louisiana-based acts that contribute significantly to the festival's lineup.

This year marks the 53rd edition of the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, officially presented by Shell. It will highlight the rich music and culture of Colombia across both weekends, featuring Colombian musicians, cultural exhibitions, parades, and cuisine at the expanded Cultural Exchange Pavilion. Over 60 performances from Colombian artists will be scattered across various stages, easily identified by tiny Colombian flags on the lineup cubes.

Widespread Panic, a well-established jam band with a history of performing at Jazz Fest, is set to kick off the festivities on April 25 alongside the Beach Boys and Stephen Marley. This day has been designated as "locals Thursday" for 2024, allowing Louisiana residents to purchase up to two tickets at a discounted rate of $50 each, with no additional fees at the gate on that day.

For those not eligible for the locals' discount, at-the-gate tickets are priced at $105 plus additional fees. Single-day tickets for May 2, also known as Rolling Stones Thursday, have already sold out, as have all second-weekend multi-day and VIP packages that include access to May 2.
